Since our beginnings, we have focused on enhancing our product offerings and promoting customer relations. Our company has always sought to introduce our customers to superior products, service and business opportunities. As a result of our solid foundation, we have become a global product provider to the medical waste industry. Our executive team has over 25 years of waste management experience in areas such as sales, marketing, product development, quality assurance and product management for a variety of industries. With our management's rock-solid background and invaluable experience, we have become the responsible and dedicated team that we are today.

Victor B. Anderson
President/CEO
Mr. Anderson is the Founder, President and CEO of Solutions, Inc. in which he has expertly guided the company’s business strategy and corporate vision. His 35 year background in the waste industry has ranged from ownership of two solid waste hauling companies, a solid waste transfer station and a medical waste transport company. Mr. Anderson received an MBA from Bellarmine University in Louisville, KY.

Thomas “Dicky” Wheatley
Operations Manager
Mr. Wheatley has over 20 years experience in logistics, inventory control and quality control and development. His responsibilities include overseeing product operations and logistics. Concerned with maintaining the most efficient and effective processes, Mr. Wheatley closely monitors and audits financial and/or operational analyses and reports. He received his education from the University of Kentucky.

Kara Simmons
Account Manager
Sales Division
Ms. Simmons has more than seven years of industry experience and touts an excellent product sales record. Her concentration is on sales and marketing of the Solid Waste and Confidential Document Division of Solutions Inc. She received a BA from Thomas More College.
